This one-hour class will improve your fitness with a mix of stretching, Yoga and Pilates. Drop in on Mondays, Wednesdays and/or Fridays. The first class is free. The cost for ongoing classes is $10 per class. Bring your own mat. The instructor is Elena Borisova, who has experience as a fitness instructor and personal trainer at a number of fitness centers in the area.
